Six Sigma Projects

These are projects I completed as part of Wentworth's manufacturing program. Each project has a different set data given to students by the professor with the purpose of teaching a different aspects of the manufacturing process.

Grouped Data Analysis

This was the first project completed. It utilizes a data set called Rockwell A. It showcases my knowledge on measures of central tendencies, measures of dispersion, kurtosis and skewness, tolerance limits, and process capabilities.

Statistical Process Control

The data used in this project is Cypress-Bark-SPC. It utilizes the analysis methods used in the previous project and expands into grouped data analysis. It displays the statistical process control graphs determined by the analysis.

Quality Engineering Report 1

This project will utilize all of the analysis techniques learned so far to compare the process capabilities of two lathes, N5 and N7. This analysis will be used to determine which lathe is more capable.

Quality Engineering Report II

This project utilizes a p-chart, a np-chart, and a c-chart to record the number of nonconformitites in subgroups and on parts.

Quality Engineering Report III

This project focuses on using an operating characteristic curve chart and an average outgoing quality level chart to analyze data and create a single sampling acceptance plan.
